Email [email protected]. We read everything, and we are particularly interested in figures that look wrong.

What we cannot help with: we cannot quote you a rate, find you a supplier, or tell you which contract to sign. We publish data; we are not in the electricity market. For rules governing your own account, contact your state's public utility commission through the NARUC commission directory.
